If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at (855) 242-3752 within 5 days or receipt of the product so we can work with you to find a resolution. If a refund is requested it will be authorized subject to the following conditions;

• products must be brand new, unused and in original condition and packaging
• products are shipped back at the customers expense
• products must be packaged and protected to the high standard in which they were originally sent
• products are received by Synthetic Ice Solutions within 14 days of when they were received by the customer
• a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• if returned products are damaged a refund will not be granted
• custom products are not eligible for refunds unless special authorization is given by Synthetic Ice Solutions
