You can buy with confidence, we guarantee the absolute lowest prices or you can get a full refund + 10% of the price difference!

If you find an identical item advertised at a lower price on any website within 14 days of your purchase send us an e-mail at support@syntheticicesolutions.com with the corresponding link.  We will reply via e-mail to confirm and if valid we will refund you the difference PLUS an additional 10%.  To be eligible for a price match credit the competitor’s item must be an identical product and sku, it must be brand new and it must be in stock and available at the listed price.

Please note the following;

* Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor’s total price in comparison to Synthetic Ice Solution’s product price and shipping charges.

* Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing.

* Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, free or bonus offers with purchase, limited or minimum quantity, close-outs, liquidations, or clearances.
